Through a consultancy, Archana Shivcharan joined a company called Pride a turning point in her career. With an initial salary of ₹14,500, she experienced genuine professional recognition. Despite the global lockdown, her organisation supported employees with work-from-home arrangements, reinforcing a sense of stability.
While working there, Archana Shivcharan faced the deepest loss of her life the passing of her father, her greatest support. Though the grief was immense, she continued to move forward with strength and resolve.
At Pride, Archana Shivcharan worked with international clients and gained exposure to global markets. She travelled to several countries including Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Oman opportunities she once only dreamed of.
